Some bad news.

Matt and Sarah return from the kitchen with a tablet full of drinks, "Hey Tom, where have you been ?" Sarah says as she passes a glass to everyone. Nicole still hasn't seem to have recovered from recent events, as her hand is visibly shaking when she reaches out for the cup, accidentally spilling some of it on the floor.

"S-Sorry" she almost whispers, "no worries hun" Sarah responds as she sits down next to her putting her arm around her to comfort her.

"First of all what the fuck was that screaming ?" Tom says, "I thought someone was getting stabbed in here."

"That is kinda what happened..." Matt answers with a slight chuckle. You can't help but smile at the joke of your friend, as Sarah explains "since you weren't here, John had to do your job for you and I guess he did it pretty well since Miranda is sleeping on the couch over there." Once again you smile but this time for other reasons.

"Who called you ?" Matt asks as Tom returns his gaze from the couch over a brief glare to you which, you surprisingly interpret as respect, back to Matt. He seems **** to answer, but finally responds.

"I'm afraid we've got problems." he says scratching his head.

"What kind of problems?" Sarah asks him before you can.

He lowers his head visibly nervous, "Well you all remember Lisa, there's actually a different backstory I didn't tell y'all yet..."
