Sofia one, brothel zero

A few hairs upon Sofia's head curled into question marks as she awaited for Cayley and Divi to exit the shop. "I really didn't think this through." About half a minute later, Divi came out first and pounced Sofia, knocking her to the ground. "Yay, I caught you." Cayley started to chuckle upon seeing this adorable sight. "Should I leave you two alone?" Luckily, Sofia's hair managed to change enough to cushion their fall without being suspicious. "That won't be necessary. Divi was just a bit too excited when she caught up to me." As Divi stood up, she helped Sofia to her feet. "Wait, you mean we weren't playing tag?"

Cayley and Sofia looked to one another before starting to laugh. An expression of perplexity overtook Divi's face while she tilted her head. Sofia softly smiled after a few more seconds of laughter. "Well, sorta. I'm not the one who is it. Your daddy is." Divi's smiled real big before nodding. "Got it! Time to catch daddy." She turned to look to Cayley. "He is supposed to be at the Scarlet Letter Brothel, right? Do you know where it is?" Cayley's cheeks turned bright red. "I, I've never been there, but. I do know where it should be located." Sofia let out a sigh of relief. "Good, we can talk about it in the car." Both Cayley and Divi said at the same time. "Right."

As they walked to the car, Divi softly sang to herself over and over. "Gonna catch daddy. Mm, hmm, mm!" Several minutes later, they were back in Sofia's car, heading for the Elk's Lodge. Once inside, Divi expelled Sofia's clothing from her body and set it neatly upon the passenger seat. "You forgot these in the changing room, Aunt Sofia." Sofia glanced over, a look of slight embarrassment washed over her face. "Oh, thank you Divi. I had forgotten all about them." Cayley leaned over to kiss Divi's cheek. "Mm, my girlfriend is so thoughtful." Divi giggled. "You're welcome. I just do what daddy and video games have taught me. Being thorough can save time and lives."

Meanwhile, back in Sensual Luxury

Urici let out a soft sigh while walking down the steps to their home within the shop. Surprisingly, this was underneath the front counter. "You know, you'd save me a lot of time, worry, and headaches if you would simply be more cautious with your experiments. Honestly, are you trying to kill yourself?" Niroc let out a heavy sigh and grumbled. "There isn't time. I need to finish this soon or there will be worse things to deal with than me simply blowing up, woman!"

Urici lifted a brow as she set Niroc gently on the bed with her spell before looking for some medical supplies. "Oh? The world is always in danger. What's so different about it this time?" He turned his head slightly away from her and said under his breath. "I could lose you this time." She turned slightly. "What was that?" He let out a huff before crossing his arms. "Just hurry up. I have work to do." She rolled her eyes before sighing. "Fine. Be that way. But if this happens again. Explosions will be the least of your concerns." He just let out an audible grunt as she started to tend to his wounds.

Back to Sofia and the others

As Sofia pulled into the Elk Lodge's parking lot, she only saw Lex's car parked by its lonesome. "Do you think Lex is inside the Elk's Lodge itself?" She pulled her car beside Lex's before putting it into park. Cayley shook her head. "No, we're in front of where we need to be. It is supposed to be where the pool used to be." Divi started to pout. "Daddy isn't being fair. He should have taken us with him." Sofia chuckled. "He can't be with us every second of the day." Divi stick out her tongue. "Life is more fun with daddy."

Hearing Divi's words made Cayley start to pout. "It is? But what about me?" Divi turned to Cayley and hugged her gently. "You're a lot of fun, but it's just not the same as it is with daddy." She planted a few tender kisses upon Cayley's lips. "I enjoy our time together too." The concern that had once been on Cayley's face appeared to melt away with each kiss. "Mmmm~, ♥ you're forgiven. ♥♥" Sofia started to laugh before getting out of the car. "Come on. Let's find him and get some answers." Divi turned while letting out a soft cheer and followed suit. This didn't translate so well for Cayley. She was too focused on the wonderful feel and taste of Divi's lips.

So much so, that when Divi moved, Cayley fell face first on the seat with a thud. "Ow..." After recomposing herself, she joined everyone outside of the car. Once there, they walked side by side toward where the Elk Lodge's pool had once been. To their surprise, upon stepping onto the grassy area, the area in front of them changed. The once grass filled view was replaced by a hellscape of sugary building parts. What Sofia saw made her think that this is what the aftermath of the witch's gingerbread house must have looked like after Hansel and Gretel had left her in the oven.

They could all see the burnt sugar glass door, windows and gingerbread walls. The potent smell of smoky frosting and peppermint filled the air. Shattered pieces of broken and/or burnt sugary confections were scattered upon the ground. Sofia was getting even more worried. Saying this place wasn't safe was an understatement. It looked like a warzone! This sense of dread only intensified upon hearing some woman's maniacal laughter coming from inside the building. What made matters worse was the roof looked like it was about to collapse. They looked to one another in confusion and fear while simultaneously thinking to themselves. 'What the hell happened here?'
