Skip to Tuesday Morning

Matt was suffering a few trepidations as he headed for school. Although Amy and Karen decided to ride with Tanya, he chose the bus himself. He wasn't done with Ophelia and he wouldn't mind a little alone time with Wendy, either.

"So, here's our big porn star," Ophelia growled as he climbed onto the bus. "Slumming with us today?"

"I did get a ride yesterday," he admitted. "But being with you is hardly slumming."

"You wouldn't say that if you saw my apartment."

He decided not to brag about how bad his apartment was. Admittedly it was tiny but it was on the Hill and its rent was almost certainly higher than Ophelia's bus driving wage.

"You got me," he admitted. "Am I allowed to say that you look especially beautiful today?"

"What? Need a little color in your lily-white porn-show."

"You are in a mood today. No, I don't need color. We've had black, white, Asian and Hispanic. But if you are interested, there certainly could be a place for you."

"Don't guess I qualify for that nasty contest you've got going."

"Nor would I," Matt said, being careful to admit that he'd only made it into the post-virgin club a few days before. "But you know I'd love to see you whether it's on the show or just hanging out together."

"Yeah, well I'll look at my schedule. And speaking of schedules, sit your butt down. You're making me late."

Matt blew her a kiss and headed back.

A few stops later, Wendy entered, gave him a huge grin and sat with him. "Where's the blonde?"

"Amy? She got a ride from Tanya."

"And she left you out."

"I decided I'd rather ride."

"You passed up a ride with Tanya to sit with me on this stinky bus? It must be love."

"Well, I did want to see you." He really wasn't interested in using the 'L' word.

"Need to compare homework? Did you fail that Trig test, too?"

"Uh, no. I managed to pass it."

"Cool." She ran a finger along the seam of his jeans. "Want to show me... your Trig homework, I mean, of course."

"Yeah, sure."

"So, Matt," she said after he'd taken her through the second problem. "I told you my sister thought I needed work on my streaming."

"Yeah."

She took out a memory stick. "I, a, well... my sister made me stream for her and filmed me."

"Your sister had better not be on this."

"Well, she is but she's not naked so it's okay."

"Not naked and not doing anything that will get me put in jail. You would not believe how they crack down on that."

"No, the only one doing raunchy stuff is me. I... I wanted you to have this."

"Wow, thanks, Wendy."

"I know you guys like to brag on your conquests and all that but please don't share it."

"Not a problem. I don't do that."

"I... if you want, my sister is picking me up after school. We could give you a ride home."

"Cool. If you want."

"She really likes you and... and I really like you."

"Did you tell her she has to wait until she's eighteen and then she has to get your permission."

Wendy laughed. "Why do you think she's picking me up. She's trying to get on my good side."

"Okay then. I'd love a ride home."

"She promised she'll go into McDonalds to get us some drinks if we need a few minutes alone... if you want."

"A few minutes alone sounds like a great plan."
