Siren's New Song

Lorelei Circe, aka the Siren, had changed her orginal plan. Coming to Gotham to aid the Riddler in his Boxing Fixing scheme, she had plans for her own. To steal a rich man's fortune, then kill them to collect. However, things changed when the Riddler mentioned a man who made or help get stuff for villains. From tools to weapons to **** traps. If he couldn't find it, he could build it. The Riddler helped her by setting up a meeting, which she took advantage of when Batman and his sidekicks defeated the Riddler.

Know as Supplier, he set up a meeting with her. He dressed in work clothes and a strange mask which looked like a lava lamp with changing images. She then told him of her powers, and her plans. As well as some ideas for changes.

He listened and nodded along. The he spoke in a voice made up of several, from low to high pitch, male and female. Always changing but clear to the ear. He answered, "Killing does bring a hire price then theft. Also killing a billionaire like Bruce Wayne is like killing the goose who lays the golden eggs. You might get some cash and such, but you'll have a lot of stuff to sell. And questions which would be hard to answer, even with your abilities. Especially since it doesn't effect woman, people with earplugs, and your slaves are too mindless and robotic.

However, I have some ideas which could work with your abilities. Some of the inventions I made for others could help. The Black Widow, for example used a sonic device render the victim submissive and friendly with their will. By using some of the tech and a study of your voice, you could have complete control of Wayne. Having him make money for you, or anything else you could want from him.

I also have other elements I could use. Some information gained from villains, some from my ability to acquire the remains of villain's old schemes. So I'll bring up options and see about price."
