Shepard finds something in her dresser

Shepard sighed as she went to get changed for the day ready to begin the day with a morning jog. Instead she opened her dresser and her eyes fell on something familiar. A small black box. She wrapped her fingers around it and pulled it out. She sighed as she sat back down on her freshly made bed and slowly opened the black box.

Inside was a specially crafted ring. The band was made of lithium, a light metal, and it had a sapphire stone. The stone had four diamonds around it as well. There was also a small bit of element zero around the ring which made it extremely precious.

Shepard knew that Liara didn’t necessarily follow human customs, but… she had planned to still ask her to marry her. In fact, she had planned to propose the day Liara broke up with her.

And now, Shepard didn’t know what to do. She decided to continue going through old items. So she fetched a box from her closet which was big and had everything that Liara had ever given her including the capsule she had made in case the Crucible had failed.
