"An emergency in the trouser department?" Louise laughs down the phone to him. "Tell me more."

Eric sighs, not really wanting to relate the story, but knowing he'll have to eventually. "I ripped the seat of my pants coming in to work and I need a replacement pair."

Louise's laugh grew into a guffaw. "Oh wow, this I have to see. Send me a picture."

Eric is stunned by the suggestion. "A picture? You'll be here in a minute and see it in person, what do you need a picture for?"

"Because it sounds funny," Louise answers truthfully. "You never know it might speed up my arrival too."
