She undresses slowly and stays in the office

Sarah was right. Those kids had nothing to hide, and were all the happier with it. It made sense that learning to accept people seeing her... nude... would relieve her from some stress. Albeit probably not the source of her personal stress, it might contribute.

Kirsten took off her shirt and pants and stood in the office in just her underwear. She sat down and tried to become comfortable with being here in her underwear. After half an hour of browsing on her phone she figured it was time for the next step. She unhooked her bra and dropped it on the puddle of clothes that was forming. She hid her nipples behind her arms and looked around to make sure nobody was looking. It wasn't as if there could be anyone watching her.

It took another hour for her to slowly lower her arms and let her breasts hang. She felt exposed, even though there was nothing or nobody to notice her. She could dress again and act like she never took off anything. Now the only piece left were her panties. She stood up and dropped them to the floor. Her trimmed vagina caught some cold air, and she covered it with two hands at the same time. This was crazy. She kicked the knickers away and sat back down. Automatically she started shielding her breasts again. It wouldn't be until and hour later that she felt used to her state.

It had been nearly three hours in the office by herself. Now there was only one step to make, but it was a huge one. One small step for a clothed Kirsten, but one giant leap for one in the bare. She looked around the corner and saw Sarah sitting at the table while the kids were playing around.

Once again she took a moment to reflect on this crazy idea.
