She takes him inside

Clara Charles was a simple woman. She lived alone in a small cottage in the forest and was accustomed to a relatively peaceful life. There were always rumors of marauders and beasts lurking in the darker areas of the forest, but she lived close enough to the main road that those threats rarely bothered her.

Now however, she was faced with a wounded traveler, apparently attacked by wolves and in **** need of aid. Offering a quick prayer to the Light she rushed to the wounded man's side. His wounds were severe and would require binding if he were to survive. Struggling, she was able to lift him to his feet, the half conscious traveler leaning on her for support as they stumbled towards her cottage.

Inside the cottage was sparse and rustic, a small fire burning in the hearth and a bed against the far corner. Clara placed the wounded man down on the bed and went about treating his injuries, life alone in the forest had taught her many natural remedies and treatments, and she prayed those would be enough.
