She exposes herself

Lauren reluctantly slid her spanx off along with her underwear as she slipped her shoes off. Connor looked at her up and down, taking it all in. “Okay,” Connor said. “That’s not so bad. You look really good, Lauren.”

“You’re punking me,” Lauren frowned. “Look. I’m fat. My butt is huge. My chest is tiny. I look like a cartoon character.”

“You look beautiful,” Connor said. “The stomach we can work on, same with the butt. And your chest isn’t tiny. Who said it was? Sure it’s not big, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing.”

“How can you look at me and say that?” Lauren whimpered.

“I see what we need to work on,” Connor said. “Lauren, did something happen to you? Like when you were younger? Did something trigger this thought process?”

Lauren looked down and shook her head. “I’m not a pretty girl, Connor. I wear all this to feel like a real woman.”

“What is a real woman to you?” Connor asked.

“First off one who has boobs,” Lauren said.

“You do have boobs,” Connor said.

“I have pathetic little mosquito bites,” Lauren whimpered. “I don’t have boobs.”

“What else makes a real woman?” Connor asked.

“One without a butt the size of a hippo,” Lauren cried.

“Come on, it’s not that big, and we can work on it,” Connor said. “Alright, let’s get up. We’ll take it easy, but I know what can help you. But first, let’s make sure you’re okay.”

Connor looked in Lauren’s eyes, lifting her chin so they pointed to the lights. “I...I don’t want to do this, Connor,” Lauren whimpered.

“Nonsense,” Connor said. “Give me one day. And if you’re not feeling any better, you can leave and never come back. But if you at all have any hope, you’ll leave and come back tomorrow and we’ll keep working on it.”

Lauren whimpered. “You mean that?”

“I do,” Connor said. “I have a plan. It’s going to require some things from you, but I think we can get you into shape.”

Lauren nodded. “Fine.”

“But,” Connor said. “I want you working out naked. We’ll be in this room everyday. You can come in here as soon as you arrive and wait for me. You’ll take your clothes off and then we’ll get working. You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable coming to the gym, but when you’re here you take it all off. Okay?”

“And no one will ever know?” Lauren asked.

“I promise I won’t say anything,” Connor said.

Lauren nodded. “Okay. I’ll do it. But where do we start?”
