She doesn't care

She smirks at you again with that sickeningly sweet smile before replying,

"Now why would I do that? This is actually really fun, I regret not doing this years ago! Then again, maybe it should be a one time thing..."

Your eyes light up as she says this, as you hope she means this will be your punishment and once it's over it'll never happen again. She notices your eagerness before adding,

"Oh I don't just mean I won't do this again. I mean I won't be able to when I'm done with you."

With this she repositions her feet, now standing on her tippy toes with one foot on each nut. You can feel your nutmeat being squished inbetween her toes as they try and escape, though it is all in vain.

"God please no sis, I want kids!" you plead with her.
