Mira took the vial in her hands. Its offensive smell made her hesitate.

She could see the little child running about, hiding from her, forcing her to chase. She could hear the cry when she was hungry, and the laughter when she was satisfied.

But Mira was umphased, and gave back the vial "I made my choice, Sir Tzizaz. I swear to do my best to Love and Teach her the Way." He dropped the vial, and said. "And I am sorry, but I also have little option." he unsheathed his sword, and lunged at her

Mira was tired, physically and spiritually, and the gleaming sword promised swift ****. But she sidestepped his thrust, and elbowed the passing goblin, hurling him away from her. He stood up again and jumped with an overhead blow, Mira saw he meant her ****, and again her body reacted, planting a kick on his chest before his blade could reach him. The goblin paladin was tenacious, and about to get up again, but Mira blacked him out with an overhead blow.

"I will not let any harm come to you" she promised her unborn daughter. She could feel a light breeze caressing her hair, did the goblin paladin take her to a way out? should she try to run? or should she return to her cell, and wait for another opportunity.
