She apologizes to Kurt

"I'm sorry." she said. "I was too scared to say it then, too ashamed, too... confused."

"I should be the one apologizing." Kurt replied. "It was wrong of me to become angry with you. I should never have denied you."

"What?"

"Back then, I didn't understand, about the Queen, and about you. It was never my place to become angry at at you. I should have obeyed you, and submitted to your will." He chuckled. "Although I suppose if I had, you never would have met the Queen, and we wouldn't be here."

The headache was back. "Where?"

"Here. You, as the Queen's right hand woman, and me, as your loyal, loving, and obedient servant."

Her head was throbbing. Something was wrong, no it wasn't, this was how things were supposed to be, no it wasn't, she shouldn't have kissed Kurt, she could do whatever she wanted. "I need..." she said slowly, trying to work her way out of the maze of contradicting thoughts. At last, she realized what she had to do.
