Settling in for the night

Finally breaking Rei's hug, you politely excuse yourself and head back to the room you had been staying in.

When you crawl into bed, you can hear Lance and Rei talking, sometimes softly, other times loudly and angrily. After a while, you hear Rei storm off to another part of the house. You can only assume that they were arguing over whether or not you can, or should, stay.

After a few minutes, you hear a soft knock at your bedroom door, "You still up?" Lance asks softly.

Answer him? Or pretend to be asleep?
