Chapter 2
by superman07
To the beach, breakfast, see who's calling you, or something else?
See who's calling you.
"Hey !"
Before deciding to leave or head to the cafeteria you turn your head at the sound of your name. It takes a second ( you hadn't even had a coffee yet ) for you to find the source of the voice but soon your eyes settle on a familiar face.
Nina Agdal. When you first met her she had was just a rookie to the Sports Illustrated magazine. Since then she had won Rookie-of-the-Year as well as been on the cover of a Swimsuit issue. It was a fast ascent to say the least. But before any of that happened she managed to walk in on you and another model in the midst of an affair. It was good times, really.
"Nina?"
There's a lift in your voice as she comes towards you. She was beautiful two years ago and she's even more gorgeous now. She has a simple hoodie and sweatpants on aka clothes that will be easy to get out of once she's on set. It's a bit of a surprise when she comes up to you, arms wrapping around your neck as she greets you in a less formal fashion.
"It's so good to see you!"
"Yeah, it's great to see you to. It's been a while."
She steps back slightly smiling as she takes you in. You hadn't expected to run into someone from two years ago so quickly, a lot of the girls have moved onto different careers or graduated out of the Swimsuit Edition. And while the new faces will be exciting to see, a familiar one like Nina's is just as good.
"Where are you off to?" her Danish accent comes through just enough to tweak her english.
"Actually I was just headed off to set after I grabbed a bite to eat."
"Do you have time to catch up?"
For a moment you pause thinking of your options. You did really want to grab something to eat before a long day of work and you definitely don't want to be late on the first day. But could catching up with her really hurt? Besides when she says catch up you can't help but let your mind drift elsewhere.
Well...do you have time to catch up?
