See the "King of the World"

Jeannie worried for Winona's well-being, as she would fit any lovely woman in her situation. Having a baby die inside of you is not something that should happen to any pregnant mother... So she knew exactly how to cheer the peasant up. "Why don't we go see the king?" Winona looked up at her, looking as if this royal representative found the Holy Grail or something.

"Do you mean it...?" Well, rather then just tell her, Jeannie teleported the both of them to the grandest castle in the land; she took Winona to your home. Walking inside, Winona bore witness to many splendors: beautiful artwork along the walls; suits of armor and furniture that were polished and gleaming; but more impressively, there were many females in your staff, all young, healthy and contently naked as they did all you asked of them.

Jeannie took her into the throne room, where you petted, fondled, and pleasured a fraction of your harem. They, in turn, returned your affection by worshipping everything from the waist down, but one or two fondled your chest. Even in the midst of being worshipped, you notice Jeannie approaching with a lovely lady in tow. "Jeannie? What is this that I see?"

She was momentarily sidetracked by how magnificent her lord was, but she regained her senses. "Your majesty. I bring this woman before you, for she wishes to beat your child again." She explains to you that her unborn child died in her womb, and was hoping for another chance to mother her next of kin.

You stare at her, seeing a mixture of longing for you and fear that you would deny her...
