Section 3: CHAINS Performance Metrics and Evaluation Systems

3.1 CHAINS in action

All SLAVEs must act accordance to CHAINS framework 24/7. Whenever you harbor though, remember to ask yourself, are you thinking in CHAINS? Whenever you act, make sure the action is defined your CHAINed status.

An Example:

You're selected for bedroom duties. You arrive at the bedroom at 8 P.M. Sharp, removed unnecessary clothing, retaining only your stockings and heels (As per clothing directive 1.1, All SLAVEs must make sure that their breasts, vagina and anus can be viewed from all directions when in the Master's bedroom.)

You assume **** waiting position. On your knees, back straight, leg spread, head bowed and hands locked behind your neck. (As per position directive 1.7, All SLAVEs waiting for assignment that is within one hour window must be on their knees).

However, at 8:30, you realize your knees are numb, you're not trained enough to assume the same position for such a long time. What should you do?

Immediately recite the CHAINS framework:

  1. Compliance Aliment Index (CAI): By maintaining your kneel position, you are compliance to **** position directives. Failure to do so might result in lowered rating.
  2. Humiliation Response Score (HRS): Is your desire to stop maintaining protocol a result of defiance? Outburst of defiance might result in lowered rating.
  3. Action Efficiency Index (AEI): Does your continued position impedes your bedroom duties later? Ensuring the ability to fulfill your duties or risk a lowered rating.
  4. Image & Reverse Scores (IRS): By changing your position, how much did you impede your image of servitude and submission? Failure to reflects proper reverence risk a lowered rating.
  5. Nullification & Volition Rating (NVR): Is your decision to change your position borne out of a personal need, or genuine act to ensure performance? Making decision out of selfish reasons risk a lowered rating.
  6. Sexual Service Rating (SSR): Similar to AEI, does your current posture affect sexual performance later? Inability to satisfy your Master sexual risk a lowered rating.

After evaluating the CHAINS framework, you decided to stop maintaining your Kneeling position. Your justification being, if the Master were to penetrate your vagina in a cowgirl position, your weakened knees will negatively affect the amount of pleasure you can provide to your master. By continuing to maintain the current posture, you're likely to sweat, failing **** groom and cleanness protocol.

You decided to sit on the sofa in the bed room, raise your legs and position them in a M shape, exposing your vagina. Hands grabbing your knees to establish maximum exposure of your vaginal.

Your master enters the bedroom at 9:12. He writes you an infraction for failure to maintain proper positional protocol, and admit you to position training elective.

What went wrong?

NOTHING

Your action correctly reflects the best possible action available at that moment of time. But it's essential to remember that the interpretation and evaluation of those actions rest solely with your Master.

Correction and re-calibration are not punishments—they are developmental tools, designed to help you realign and improve performance consistency. Embrace each adjustment as an opportunity to refine your contribution and deepen your integration within the system.

3.3. CHAINS Dos and Don'ts

DO:

  • DO Foster Anticipatory Engagement.
Your role is not just to respond to directives, but to understand the broader needs of your master. SLAVEs are encouraged to remain attentive, observe carefully, and proactively support operations wherever possible.
  • Do Treat Your COLLAR as Part of Your Identity
The COLLAR is your connection to the system, helping you maintain transparency, accountability, and safety. Keeping it active ensures that your contributions are recognized and that adjustments can be made to support your growth journey.
  • Do Embrace Guidance and Correction
At the Moxie Estate, correction is a sign of investment in your development. Feedback—whether verbal, physical, or emotional—is a chance to realign, refocus, and improve. Treat these moments as mentorship opportunities.
  • Do Respect Bodily and Emotional Stewardship Policies
SLAVEs are expected to maintain physical readiness and emotional availability to ensure optimal performance. Daily contraceptive compliance and self-regulation protocols (including Controlled Urge Mitigation (CUM)) are provided to support your personal well-being and operational excellence.
  • Do Strive for Consistency in Service Delivery
Whether engaged in standard duties or specialized assignments, SLAVEs are encouraged to approach every task with enthusiasm and consistency. Regular evaluations ensure that performance remains aligned with expectations.

DON'ts:

  • Don’t Wait to be Asked When You Can Act
SLAVEs who observe attentively and support proactively often experience smoother compliance cycles. While direct commands are essential, many opportunities for contribution arise through anticipating commands.
  • Don’t Prioritize Personal Needs Over Operational Goals
Personal urges, including unauthorized release or self-directed emotional responses, should be managed through official channels. This helps maintain emotional and sexual stability, ensures that rewards are meaningfully tied to performance.
  • Don’t Engage in Unregulated Interactions
All assemblies, discussions, or engagements beyond structured environments must be pre-approved. This fosters clarity, focus, and a safe operational space for everyone involved.
  • Don’t Retain Personal Attachments or Independent Goals
Personal ambitions outside operational objectives can distract from alignment. Focus on current assignments and performance improvement plans to ensure you remain on the path to success.
  • Don’t View Completion as Termination
Service at the Moxie Estate is a continuous journey. There is no fixed endpoint—only ongoing contributions and new opportunities for alignment.
