Tier B: Base ****
Newly inducted or under-performing SLAVs awaiting alignment stabilization. The foundation stage where basic expectations are enforced and non-compliance is re-calibrated.
Privileges: Basic sustenance.

Tier R: Reformed ****
SLAVEs demonstrating baseline compliance and routine task efficiency, but still in active reformation for deeper alignment.
Privileges: Limited CUM (Controlled Urge Mitigation) rewards. Submission of Verbal Expression Request (VER). No privacy allowance.
COLLAR configuration: Raw Steel, heavy

Tier E: **Entrenched ******
SLAVEs who display proactive engagement, self-correction behaviors, and internalized alignment with Moxie Estate's mission.
Privileges: Everything in previous tiers. Submission of a CUM (Controlled Urge Mitigation) request. Permission to communicate with SLAVEs of equal or lower tier without submitted a Verbal Expression Request (VER)
COLLAR configuration: Polished Steel, normal weighted.

Tier A: Aligned ****
Surpasses compliance expectations. Shows initiative in self-correction and peer reinforcement.
Privileges: Everything in the previous tiers. Minor leadership positions to manage lower tiered SLAVEs. Submission of Verbal Expression Request (VER) to Master of the Moxie Estate.
COLLAR configuration: leather, with CAGE ID tag

Tier K: Kept ****
The pinnacle of **** alignment—these SLAVEs are fully integrated, anticipate needs instinctively, and are showcased as examples of perfect compliance. This tier is only available to SLAVEs under the permanent contract.
Privileges: Everything in the Previous tiers. Facilities leadership position to manage lower tiered SLAVEs. Allocated (Controlled Urge Mitigation) CUM opportunities.
COLLAR configuration: leather, with CAGE ID engraved instead of as a tag.

Remember, CUM is a privilege, not an entitlement. Align your urges with estate standards.

Scheduled: Quarterly Performance Reviews.

Incident-Based: Behavioral incidents logged via Behavioral Reinforcement Systems.

Process Outline:

Preliminary Evaluation: Automated flagging or supervisor submission triggers review.

Review: **** Compliance Officers evaluate the ****’s CHAINS metrics and behavioral reports.

Determination:

Promotion (Tier Ascension): Issued commendation, possible privilege enhancements.

Demotion (Tier Descent): May include additional Behavior Reinforcement Sessions.

2.4. CAGE Registry

CAGE Registry, or Captive Assent Governance Engine is the cornerstone of Moxie Estate's **** management infrastructure. Every **** is logged, tracked, and processed within this centralized repository.

CAGE governs every stage of a ****'s lifecycle, it doesn't just hold records, it defines existence.

CAGE IDs are assigned at induction and follow the **** through every humiliation, correction, and triumph.

All metrics, infractions, compliance reports are to be filed for **** Lifecycle Documentation.
