Sean is summoned.

Sean selected his options and then waited. Ramona's redheaded avatar become front and center on the screen as her digital body shook and wriggled. Then, with an electronic 'Ding!' her pupils became hearts while her thought bubble had Sean's digital face in it...almost like something he'd created in Bitmoji. He chuckled and thought, "As if that would ever happen."

Shortly after the attunement Ramona got a collar that exquisitely matched her sexy cheerleader outfit. She almost looked like a bustier, sluttier version of Kim Possible.

As he sat there and watched the digital avatar of his roommate try and flirt with him, Sean felt a pull, almost like the twinge of feelings he got when he had to use the bathroom...except this was in his chest and legs. There was this compulsion to get up, walk over to Ramona's room and go inside.

So he did.

Sean closed his phone screen, put the device into the pocket of his pajama pants and head towards his door. In his mind he justified the urge to go to her room as something he needed to do as a good housemate. He was making sure she was OK.

He opened the door to his bedroom, walked two steps across the hall to Ramona's door, and opened it. Sean stepped inside, closed the door and turned around, only to find an empty room, Ramona's phone sitting on the dresser below her mirror.
