The next day, the man got up early to start his work. The alarm blared and the numbers 06:00 stood out. It was a short drive to the beach but at this time there wasn't much traffic at all. The working day usually started at around 7 in these parts.
The man parked close to the beach to avoid suspicion and made his way down the block. To make sure no one would spot him he stopped time and got out of his car, making his way over to the rent house. In all honesty the house was stunning. It surprised the man by how good it was. It looked the perfect size with two floors and presumably three bedrooms. The paint job looked fresh as the white walls gleamed in the early sun and three expensive looking cars, a Ferrari, a Porsche and a Bentley, which were protected by a huge iron gate to keep out intruders.
The man got back into his car and restarted time. He was thinking up a plan when yet another expensive car rolled up to the house. Out stepped a geeky looking young man who went straight up to the house and pressed the button next to the gate. 'That must be the other tech millionaire Jack talked about the man thought to himself. Next the gate opened and a woman stepped out of the house. She had blonde hair and looked to be in her 20s which was enough information for the man to come to the conclusion that this was Gloria. Hand in hand, the couple walked over to the millionaire's sports car and hopped in.
The man froze time and walked over to the car. From what he could understand, Darren, according to his ID, was dropping Gloria off at her interior design company. The man assessed his options. He chose to climb into the trunk and hide there until the car stopped.
