Scheme's of the Ravenclaw

Michael and I moved quickly, passing Cho Chang who was letting every Ravenclaw know to be ready if we needed it.

"Idius and Michael are already causing trouble again," said a student as he clutched his wand discreetly. I could see most every Ravenclaw student was positioning themselves to help if needed. Even if they didn't want to be a part of my supposed 'antics' they respected their own enough to help. And it was hard to find a student in Ravenclaw more respected amongst our house or others, more than Cho Chang.

We reached the Gryfindor table, hearing the loud stomps of Impostor Moody just behind us. We turned, with our wands just beyond our fingertips. It was then the nervousness hit me.

"What is going on," said Ron, "the Ravenclaws are up to something?" I could hear the vague whispers of Hermione, but my focus was on Moody. He was approaching looking past us as if we weren't even there. Padma's ponytail waving back and forth just a few feet behind him. This was working as planned, which wasn't very normal honestly.

Moody's body began to distort, showing thinner and less scarred skin. I cleared my throat, practicing spells in my head that I could use. This was going to go well. He couldn't beat three people at once. We were an actual dueling team. Right? And worse that happened, I would be the one to take the hits.

He was now within speaking distance. It was time.

"Evening Professor Moody," I said, "you're looking a little."

I felt my body lift into the air, and suddenly I was thrown across the room. I had no control over myself. Feeling my robes soaking up beverages and foods from the dinner as I crashed onto the top of a table. A few bowls crumbled under my weight as I attempted to stand.

"Are you okay Idius," said Luna Lovegood? I hadn't spoken to Luna yet this year. She was like a little sister to me.

"Never better," I said, "see you around dear."
