Sarah wants to change again

"Tom, I want you to change me more," Sarah said, rising to her feet while running her hand gently up his chest.

"Uh, sure..." he stammered, not fully recovered. "What do you want me to do?"

She met Tom's gaze with eyes full of excitement. "The last wish, making me eighteen. It didn't alter anything unlike the first one. You're still married to twenty-nine year old Sarah. So presumably anyone who sees me now might wonder why I suddently look so young, or maybe not recognize me at all."

"Okay..." Tom nodded. "Where are going with this?" he prompted.

Sarah was almost bouncing with nervous energy and anticipation. "At first I was disappointed but now I see the potential. Don't you get it? You could make me look totally different - even like someone else. And nothing would change, so there would be no risk!"

Tom wasn't sure if it was because of his last wish kicking up her libido or if he had inadvertently hit on a hidden kink or desire, but Sarah squirmed, her breath quickening as she seeming like she was about to orgasm.

"What do you want to change?" he asked.
