SLAM ON THE BRAEKS.

Slamming on the breaks, Gabbie is very annoyed at the abrupt stop, " dam Johnathan what the hell", but only sees you leap out of the car and start sprinting towards the opposite side of the road. "SHIT Gabbie tell the operator a car is off the road and has slide down an embankment on old cider road about three miles from the crossroads at mile marker seven, they need to send fire and rescue the whole nine yards".

At this point she can see the skid marks and a trashed crash barrier, not having to be told twice she is already calling as you head down to the car. " Hello everyone ok down there, do you need help, hello anybody", making your way down you hope the driver is ok when you hear a baby start to cry and just throw caution out the window as you rush to the car.

Arriving at the back of the car you see a child seat in the back of the car and looking through a window see a baby crying and what looks like the mother in the front seat slumped over the wheel. "Johnathan they need to know how many people are in the car, are they injured and can they get out", Gabbie is at the top of the embankment with her phone taking to an operator, " I can see two in the car, one is a baby awake and crying the other person is not moving or answering I am going to see about getting the baby out if its not to bad ok" you shout back to Gabbie who is relaying the information to 911, " they say do not move the driver under any circumstance and only move the child if they are still in a safety chair or child seat try and get the seat out if you can".

Looking at the car getting the seat out is going to be a pain but if the back doors open you should be ok, trying the door your luck is not in, it is jammed tight and you cannot reach form this side, so you move back up the slope and around the car down the other side, this door opens mostly all the way and lets you get in to the car. "Mam can you hear me its ok help is on the way, hay their its all right lets get you out of here little fella" , noticing he has a top that says big boy now with a teddy bear on it with a giant 2 on it you take a stab the baby is a boy and try to undo the straps holding the seat in place when you smell a smell you had been hoping not to smell comes to you, listing now you can hear what sounds like constant dripping water, grabbing the straps you just pull at and to your surprise it snaps in two like nothing, quickly getting the seat out you climb the slop as fast as you can which to Gabbie is very fast. "Give me the phone Gabbie and take the baby to the car, the gas tank has punctured".

Gabbie quickly runs to the car and you start back down the slope, the operator on the other end starts calling out, "hello did I hear correct the car is leaking gas now" , the voice on the other end asks, telling the 911 operator yes you are going to see how bad it is and see how the driver is doing, " ok sir I can only advise you to be carful and move away from the crash if it ignites. Heading to the driver side you see she has at some point come round or moved as her face is now visible and you cannot believe who it is in the drivers seat its Gemma Fowler she attended the same class as you and Gabbie, now whilst you did not pay much attention to things other then work you dam well would have remembered Gemma being pregnant two years ago, so is she babysitting. "Sir hello how bad is, hello sir", coming back to your self you tell the operator its not that bad a leak and fate seems to decide you are wrong as a pufft sound is heard and a flame appears lower down the slop and starts to make its way towards the car.

Seeing this not thinking at the time, you will later put all of this down to a massive surge of adrenaline and the door already being broken when asked, you grab the door and rip it off and hurl it away getting Gemma out of the seat take a small bit of moving and you have her out the car and are running somehow up an incline that a professional hill run would take offense to at speed, clear the lip just as the car goes up in flames.

Gabbie sees you and is holding the baby in her arms and runs over, " oh my god are you ok is that Gemma or Eva in your arms", wondering how the hell Gabbie knows this as her face is in your chest, you remember Gabbie is Gemma's cousin her uncle is Gemma's father and that is one hell of a can of worms. "Its Gemma" laying her on the ground Gabbie notices your shirt is stained with blood and both of you look to Gemma, not thinking you pull of your gloves and examine Gemma and find a nasty injury to her side and put your hand over it to slow the bleeding, "Gabbie I have a medic kit in the trunk its just shop brought but its better then nothing get it quick", at this point you hear a muffled voice and realise the operator is shouting at you. "Gemma you hang on ok everything is going to be ok, just stay here ok".

Pulling the phone out of your pocket, "Its ok I got the driver out before the car went up in flames but she has puncher wound on her left side its deep and she has been bleeding a lot where the hell are fire rescue", the operator assures you they only moments away just keep talking the driver and help is close.
