Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill

After 20 minutes John left the toilet fully dressed, or better said with the whole costume on. The costume he wore was the battle-outfit of Ryuko Matoi from the Anime Kill la kill. As such it exposed his whole torso while covering his shoulders, arms and most of the legs with the black high heeled overknee boots with the red stripes. His big round breasts were fully exposed except the upper part and the nipples. Only a very small skirt and tight panties covered his hips and the fact he wasn't the girl he looked like. His feminine face was heavily made up and framed by the black and red protruding hair.

"I dressed up like you wanted." John said to Dr. Valentine, who was waiting for him.

"Good, then I want you to go to this place." She showed John a map of the city with a mark in one of the busiest places. "There you'll meet somebody else with a matching costume. You two will pose together for about an hour. After that you are free to decide what to do."
