Run for your life

You cannot afford to give the goblin chief any time to cast his spell on you. You decide if you run for it now, you could easily outrun all these goblins. Although you are short for a human, you are still taller than all the goblins in the village.

In one swift motion, you get up on your feet and turn for the door. You are already almost out of the throne room by the time everyone else assembled there can react. As you rush out the building, you can hear the goblin chief screaming, "What do you think you're doing? Capture her!"

You blow past the guards posted outside the entrance and continue going as fast as your feet can take you. You pass building after building, hoping you can retrace the path you took when you came into the village. Soon the commotion spreads through the whole village, and more and more buildings you pass have goblins standing outside their front doors, wondering what is going on. The twisting streets confuse you, and as you are trying to find the way out the village gate you hear a horn sound in the distance. You aren't exactly sure what it means, but it is likely some sort of signal to all the village guards to be on high alert.
