Robin decides to look for answers

"It's also possible," Liv's growly voice came from across the room "has her head too far up some goddess's ass to do anything to get us out of this mess."

Robin looked at Fuu, who from her calm and present expression, looked as though she hadn't heard a word Liv had said.

"I think we should talk to them." Robin said. "This might be some sort of misunderstanding for all we know!"

Fuu's only response was a patient smile, so Robin turned to Liv who simply shrugged. Robin rose to her feet and approached wall of bars, meeting the eyes of the jailer who watched her every step of the way.

"Um--excuse me? Yes, you!" Robin said. "I was wondering if I could speak to someone in charge? Like the captain or something? I think we're probably supposed to be out there with you all, rather than in here."

The man shrugged, then made his way down the hall with sluggish steps. He turned the corner and a moment later, Robin could hear his voice conversing with someone, though the words were indistinct. A few moments later, he came strolling back, finally returning to his post, where he met Robin's gaze with his own silent stare once again.

"...well?" Robin said. Behind her, she could hear a vague rustling as Kiera gradually returned to groggy consciousness.

"He's on his way," the man said. "Probably."

Robin sighed and stepped away from the bars. She gave Kiera a polite smile and spoke a quiet 'goodmorning,' though the other woman's distant squint was her only response. Fuu seemed to have returned to her meditation, and Liv had her eyes closed as well, so Robin busied herself pacing around the cell, before eventually settling for checking on the last few members of their team and making sure they were unharmed.

Becky, Emmaline, and Skye had each woken up to their own dreadful hangovers by the time by the time footsteps could finally be heard echoing through the down the metallic hall.
