Right most hallway (WARNING: contains vore)

If there is running water maybe you can climb up to the next floor so you choose the right most hallway. The hall takes an immediate right turn and opens up into a massive cavern with a huge lake inside it and sure enough the running water you heard was a waterfall along the wall. Looking up you can see openings to rooms on 3 more floors meaning if you can climb all the way up you could be on floor 4!

Excited, you start climbing up the waterfall, you make it past floor 2 and feel great so you continue up. About halfway to floor 3 you notice that the breathing has stopped and the water in the lake far below you has started to move in strange ways. You start to panic and quicken your pace towards floor 3, finally you reach out and grab the ledge leading into the room on floor 3, you start to pull yourself up but you feel something wrap around your ankle.
