You make your choice, stop your hypnotic movements entirely, and reach out to rest a hand on wolfie’s shoulder. He seems puzzled, but you look into his eyes to get his attention, and clearly shake your head no. His tail droops slightly, it seems like you just broke his heart, but he nods, gently pats you on the hand that you have on his shoulder, and turns his attention elsewhere. With that situation averted, you slink your way through the crowd, effortlessly squeezing through spaces that might have seemed otherwise impossible for you. You take a stool two down from your target, and start to observe her, she’s sitting in front of a lemonade that has clearly been sitting there for a while, water having condensed on its side until it made a ring of water on the bar, it’s still almost entirely full, too. The woman herself is staring down at her phone, typing away at it with slightly nervous fingers... It’s obvious she’s on a hair trigger, and if you tried to approach her she might not even talk to you... The only option is to get her to notice you first... A slight look into her past with some godly power or other reveals that even though she’s introverted, she despises being alone, and the friends she did have convinced her to come here to try and find a cutie to bring him and snuggle... Better than allowing her rampant insomnia to continue unabated... So how to make this happen...
