Now lets get down to the second to last piece of info you need to know as a henchman.

That of course being recruitment!

Now like any business, Henchmen guilds are always keeping an eye out for those intrested in joining up with them. Now anyone can become a henchman, so long as they meet some basic requirements.

Requirements

1. They have to be 18 or older.
2. They have to have a high school diploma or something equal to it.
3. They must have one form of ID. (Drivers license or something equal to it.)
4. They must pass a basic psychological and a physical evaluation.
5. They must pass a **** test.
6. Lastly, but not really required is a resume of their work exprience along with a letter describing why they want to be a henchman.

So, long as the prospective canidate meets and passes the first 5 requirements. Then they can quite easily be considered henchman material. Though having a reccomendation from a memeber of the guild that they are trying to join is always helpful and will push them through the automated systems quicker.

Now all tests and examinations will be conducted in house and on site at the guilds HQ in their respective pocket diminsions to ensure security during the process and will only take a few hours to really wrap up. Depending on the number of applicants.

Now any henchman in the field can reccomend someone and give them a form of contact number to help speed up the process and get the potential canidate set and ready for pick up.
