Instead, the person's words read as though they'd been having the time of their life and were only upset that they couldn't research the Goodbye Girls any further. You thought to yourself: if this whole job was so fun, maybe this Telegram member should be the handler from now on?

Of course, those sarcastic, bemused remarks would only last you so long... Once you got into the report and read into the discoveries, it was clear to you that all time for fun and games had nearly run out. {if Tschau's Role> 1999}

I've got the scoop you've been hoping I'd get my hands on this whole time. The heart of the mystery! The truth behind the deaths of the former Ciaos. I could make your head spin if we ever got a time to sit down and chat about this agent!

So, when you think of the three dead handlers, you probably think of a single killer, right? I can't say about their motivations, but I can tell you this: the manners of **** were so different, if you set the bodies side by side, you'd think you were looking not just at three different **** flick murderers, but three different genres of film. The first: neck snapped. The second: throat slit. The third? Beaten to a bloody, nearly unrecognizable pulp.

But the one that I've got the juiciest info on has to be the second. There's a lot to learn just from the guy's history. See, he came up through CEDIT Russia as part of their science team... one of those that was labeled as indirectly involved in the cybernetic human initiative, just clean and useful enough to keep on board, like Milaslava. It's hard to know his motivations for taking the assignment for sure, but you can take a guess, right? When you think CEDIT Russia, you think Tschau.

My research has revealed that Tschau was watching this guy nearly constantly. There were so many opportunities where she could have killed him and so much motivation to do it, the only thing that's shocking is that she didn't do it quicker! But believe you me: she did it. There's no way a guy as scummy as this could have hoped to stay in that position over her without meeting his end at her blade.

She had plenty of motivations, but for a long time, she held back. I may have sounded like I was being facetious, but I really do wonder: what made her lash out and kill the guy, after letting him settle in and live a short while as handler? Did something push her over the edge, or did she receive some kind of outside interference... I've read your reports on Ivan Bortnik and the "Machine Voice." She says she doesn't hear it, but do you really believe that? Everything going south on Bortnik always smelled to me like he'd gotten set up by his own people some how... I wonder if Ciao #2 who ended up getting ninja'd wasn't in the same boat.

Well, that's enough of my theories and investigations. Hey, if you still wanted to believe Tschau was innocent in all of this, I'm sorry I had to break it to you that she was involved. I really wanted to think the best of her too.
