Meanwhile just a ways outside the temple of the Goddess.

A short green lizard woman in a brown raggedy sack was running away from someone hunting her.

She was crying as the pain from being attacked earlier was getting to her.

The hunter just started laughing as he saw her continue before stopping her.

He did actually put his sword away which gave her hope but before she could say or do anything. He took out a cleaver from his side belt.

This time the guy looked excited in a disturbed way.

*SLAM*

He kicked her hard in her chest.

“Shut up, you should know better by now you stupid lizard. Your whole race is a joke, the only thing of worth is that tail and your skin. So I’ll take that and leave you to suffer after.”

The Kobold was watching in fear as this psychopath was watching her like she was just meat to be cut.

She was silently begging the goddess of this temple to save her from this fate.

Unfortunately however, she wouldn’t be coming to save her.

The entrance opened and caught the two of them off guard as a man in a sorcerer’s getup was walking outside just to see the two of them.
