Really taking over the police force.

Evening 9:30pm.

Pulling out of Holly and giving her a look of what have you come up with now, she starts sorting herself out and you can only follow her lead and get dressed. " Now hear me out I have the head of the polices cyber division bringing the information over personally as that is what she does when I ask her for information, to be fair she has a huge crush on me so it not that hard to get her to do anything for me. But back to what I was thinking you bring her in and then I set up a meeting one at a time with the three Chief of departments so you can bring them on board as well".

Thinking over this having the whole police force or at least all of the higher ups on your side would make things really easy in the city. Holly continues to sell her idea bringing up a very good point, " look Johnathan we would need to do one of the Chiefs anyway as they are really good friends with the mayor and at some point they are going to think something is up with how the two of us are getting on now". Hearing that you ask why she did not mention it before and how many people are going to find it odd you are getting on with the mayor. " Oh not many and only Chief Williams will be an issue as she was only able to get the position she has now because of the mayor and her attempts to fix the mess from before. Anyone else who knows of my problems with the mayor will just think we are playing politics and that it is all only on the surface, Chief Williams on the other hand is a personal friend of the mayor and will see through things really quickly if it goes on for too long".

Understanding why you have got to bring this Chief Williams over you are curious about the others and why Holly feels the need to bring them in on things. " Look at some point I will have to go on maternity leave which means someone out of these three will be taking up the job on a temp basis. Also let me layout how the force works from the top to the down on a day to day basis. I control all the heads of the forces departments but they deal with the day to day stuff and while I can do things on a lower level if an order was to come from me to one of the Chiefs who then passes it down to which ever precinct or Captain that needs to do it by them passing it on to the officer on the street no one questions it, but if I start giving out orders bypassing the Chiefs too many times or using people not under my direct control it will star to look odd to the lower ranks".

Getting it now as long as the chain of command is followed no matter how odd the order is most officers will not question it too much as long as it does not break the law or rules. " Right got it so tell me about these three and just how do you plan for me to get close to them Holly". Smiling Holly already has it worked out, " easy as pie my dear Johnathan, first we have Deputy Chief Williams who is in charge of the south, southeast and southwest of the cities police force and all personal associated with it, Deputy Chief Irons is in charge of the north, northwest and northeast forces and finally we have Deputy Chief Jae who is responsible for the suburbs, port area and odds and sods departments that do not fit in the main structure".

Leaving you alone Holly pops out of the bedroom and walks back in a few minutes later with some files and hands them to you. Opening the first one it is the personal file for one Chief Dee Williams but as you read it you get the feeling it is not the sort of personal file you would find in the official records of the police department. Due to it having a lot of personal personal information like who she is friends with, what connections she has with other parties in the city. Looking to Holly she gives you a grin, " these are my own files outside of the force and contain all the information I have been able to dig up on each person".

Flicking through all three files a question does come to mind, " Holly it has just occurred to me that we have a hell of a lot of very hot, attractive sort of bimbo like women in a lot of places of importance in the city why is that". Looking at you with a look that can best be described as one of remembering Holly then bursts out in laughter, " oh that is the best description for the situation I have heard in a while the answer is both simple and long".
