Rangiku Matstumoto

Rangiku Matstumoto , Lieutenant of 10th division, looked at the Zanpakuto before her. It was strange looking, pure black, with golden eights on their sides. Six gems decorated the hilt, three on one and three on the other. Purple, Orange, Yellow. Red, Blue, Green. This sword made of power and soul called to her, to take it, to make it hers.

Impulse, she did that lifting the sword. On instinct, she called out, "Unfold, Infinity!"

The gems glow brightly and something like an explosion which didn't affect her... happened. Before her were six versions of herself in the colour of the jewels, which appeared briefly before disappearing as the sword merged into her body.

With it came the knowledge, her essence had overridden the persona of the gems with a version of herself which matched the stones... to a degree. She also knew their powers and abilities. Which made her the most powerful being in the universe, able to make and break all of the rules, and gave her total freedom.

She smiled as she said, 'Looks like I'm going to be having a lot more fun from now on."
