You choose Rachel and Haruka to journey back with you to fix the shuttle, they left when they were ordered to fix it and journey over that way. It only makes sense to make them fix it with you, as punishment.
Rachel will come with you.
Haruka will not be able to work on planting in the agricultural dome, delaying when you can start growing food. However, she will be able to help analyze any fauna along the journey.
Yasmin will be able to analyze the samples, telling you what is going on with your transformation. However, she will not be able to help with any medical issues along the journey.
