"Alright let's get going then" she says. Grabbing the keys you both walk to the truck and hit the road quickly pulling towards the end of the neighborhood. She hops out first and jogs to the first house ass slightly swaying. You can't help but look for a second when you snap out of it you get out and open the back. Then you jog to the house next to hers. A couple hours pass and you decide to take a quick break. You had found some good stuff in the last three trips. You found a rain barrel one of the greatest things you could've wanted. You found two shotguns 38 rounds in total. Same bore thankfully. A hunting rifle with around 60 rounds with a 4x scope. It would come in handy inevitably. 2 revolvers a .38 and another .22, 6 and 8 shot respectively. As well as a 9mm with standard magazines with about 40 rounds. Both revolvers came with about 20 shots. You found some more tools including a car jack. Handing Amy the .22 you ask. " Have you ever shot a gun before?". She replied,"Not really I only shot at a gun range when I was young then I got scared and gave it back to my dad." "Okay well first things first never point the gun somewhere your not willing to shoot even with the hammer not cocked. Meaning never at yourself or me or another person. Secondly remember this gun will not shoot unless a highly unfortunate accident or set of circumstances causes it to. Basically don't just pull it out point and press the trigger pull this thing here" you pointed at the hammer. She pulls it back as you stand behind her you realize you both smell pretty awful not having bathed or showered in days."then gently squeeze the trigger". She does and a loud shot goes off echoing inside the bullet goes right out the window and lodges itself in a tree across the street. She immediately puts the gun down and grabs her ears from the discomfort. "That hurts my ears damn it" she says. " Slowly grabbing both her hands you bring them down from her ears. Softly you say." That was good this is about as loud as this gun will get because we're in a concrete like building the sound bounces a lot. Outdoors it will be quieter and in a house with pillows and soft materials it will be somewhat quieter then in here. Also good job not dropping the gun and putting it down safely before grabbing your ears."

She slowly turn around and gives you a quick kiss on the cheek. You stand there a little shocked but before you say anything. She just says,"thank you for helping and teaching me I don't know what I would do without you. Well let's get going." She walks out the door and you look after her. " You coming we don't have all day". Quickly running out the door you hop in the truck again determined to get some good stuff. After a few hours more you finally finish the second to last load as you remember looking for a bed. She points at one of the roads and you drive in that direction you pull up to the house cutting the engine. She giggles as she enters the house whatever did she get so excited for.
