Questions for Jason and problems for Julie

Jason hitched up his pants, and walked out of the cubicle “Hey Melinda” he called trying to catch a glimpse of the girl who had just taken his virginity. But she had gone. His head buzzed with questions- how had she known where he’d be? Answer she said he had sent her an email but he hadn’t so who had? Possible answer: the blackmailer but if so who was he? How well did he know Jason’s activities? How well did he know Melinda? And then turning to Julie; where was she? Where was his posse? What had happened to them all? Why hadn’t they messaged him as he had asked them to?

Well most of that will have to be dealt with later he thought First off I’ll phone Julie and see how she is. But he found her phone didn’t answer. "Why isnt it answering?" he thought. "I’ll text Greg" but again Gregs phone didn’t answer. Where are they all he thought again.

His plans shattered, Jason reluctently turned to go home again his mind now moving to what had happened a few moments ago. Always he had thought he would have first had sex when he was married and in recent months he had thought that would be to Julie. “Yes he had said to his parents “she is only 18 and I’m 22 but she’s a virtuous girl hard working good at school, great with kids- you should see her at Sunday school with little ones, her parents are good people. Her older brother is great- after all he has been my friend since school and anyway I don’t want to get married for a few years” He knew that Julies parents liked and trusted him too.

But now this incident with Melinda a girl he had always despised as a slut and who had almost nothing in common with his beloved Julie “Yeah they go to the same school and yeah they are both clever but Melinda dresses disgustingly- skin tight tops or low cut dresses that show off all her breasts and she drinks and does **** and I’m sure today was the first time shes been inside any church in years and look what she did there. But” and here he began to doubt himself “What she did in there was so good- no it was sinful but it felt so good – I am so confused. But I guess to her I’m just a bit of relief –what did she say- she wanted to get even with her cheating boyfriend. Well she would, Derek is a horrible person who thinks of nothing and no one but himself. Perhaps, just perhaps Melinda is a little misguided perhaps I should talk to her and share the Gospel with her”

By the time he arrived home Jason had convinced himself that he could and should convert Melinda to a life of Christian holiness and purity but first he again thought "where is Julie?”

Julie and Ashley looked round the now empty clearing. “How are we going to get home Ash?” wailed Julie. How am I going to clean myself up so my parents don’t see whats happened?”

“Theres a pool of water here I saw it earlier lets wash in it” replied Ashley surprising Julie with her practicality. The girls made their way and washed in the water. It was still hot and after a few moments they began splashing each other then Julie pushed Ashley in the water.

“Hey its deep enough to swim come on in you’ll feel so much better this is fun” said Ashley appearing to Julie to be once more the carefree happy girl she had been when they first became friends. Julie joined her and for a few moments the two friends swam and splashed each other and pushed each other under like the innocent schoolgirls they had been.

“So Julie and Ashley I see you’re pretending to be good girls again”

Both girls stared to look at the terrifyingly familiar figure of the blackmailer dressed as usual in black standing at the water’s edge. “Well I have got some good film today. I said to you Julie I own you and how true that is. Where would you like me to start? I could show Jason a film clip of you blowing his friends- I’m sure he would like that. OR maybe the police would like the video of you with some of their staff-I’m sure youd be able to get off parking fines in the future but would it be worthwhile. Or maybe just maybe your parents might like to see their girl featuring in hardcore porn” His voice changed from the bantering tone he had used becoming harsher. Don’t ever cross me don’t ever tell anyone what happened. And from now on you will do exactly what I tell you. Is that clearly understood?”

Julie nodded.

"And as for you Ashley well the same goes for you too. Now I will be kind and take you home but I will blindfold you so neither of you see my car and to make sure you don’t take your blindfolds off I shall tie your hands together too. Now get out get dressed and I ll do it now."

He did so and then led the two girls through the forest into his car and drove off before leaving them outside a roadside stall, saying “There’ll be a bus into town in 20 minutes or so. Catch it and go home and wait for more instructions. And Julie if you call Jason I don’t think it would be wise to tell him what happened today. You are only digging a bigger hole for yourself and involving more in my web. I suggest you stop now” So saying he drove off.

Julie knelt and pulled off the ties round Ashley’s hands with her teeth allowing Ashley to take off her blindfold and free Julie. The two girls travelled back on the bus silent and trembling.
