Push him away

With an effort of will, you manage to push Jessie away, and stumble back a few steps until you hit another wall.

“Are you okay?” Jessie asks, in that concerned voice of his, and takes a step toward you, but you hold out your hand quickly.

“Don’t - don’t come any closer,” you gasp, and it’s good to hear your own voice out loud, the one part of you that’s still male. “I’m fine okay? I just… I just need something to counteract this pleasure ****. It’s making me feel all… funny…”

Jessie doesn’t need to know that you took the extra-strength version of the pill, and he doesn’t need to know just what funny means. You try to sort things out in your head… the **** enhances positive sensations, and maybe that includes the positive feelings from having someone help you out. And if the extra-strength version of the pill is going to link gratitude to libido, regardless of your sexual orientation… You swallow hard.

“What the hell is Sara even doing with something like this?”

“I’m not sure,” Jessie says. “Even when I was helping her out with her other research here, she never said what it was for, but then you know your sister has a wild side.”

You stare at Jessie. “Since when did you work with Sara?”

He waves the question off. “It was a while back, and didn’t end well.” Jessie strokes his chin. “Look, if the pleasure **** is doing a number on you, we do need to find something to counteract its effects. There might be something in Sara’s lab that will help, but…”

“Then what are we waiting for?” you demand, and lead him down to the lab, but you’ve just begun to descend the stairs when you hear a yelp, and see Jessie rubbing his head from where it ran into a pair of robotic arms.

Jessie listens for a moment, then shakes his head. “It’s just an automated message, but even if she’s offline, the normal security protocols should still be active. Looks like my access levels haven’t been fully restored yet. What now?"
