Pursue the Raven Girl

Staying as far behind as you can without being noticed, you do your best to match the pace of your target- the mean spirited, black haired bully.

Every now and then a witch passes the other way, but nobody takes any notice of you. As you walk, you notice a key fall out of the witch's robe, which you hurriedly rush to and pocket before anyone can take notice.

She eventually enters a room, swinging the door open with a simple flick of the wrist, and shutting it behind her the same way. You decide to make your move, and open it after her, albeit the old-fashioned way- without magic.

The room is filled with bottles glowing all colors, cauldrons filled to the brim with glowing, bubbling liquids. In one corner you see a fat demon chained to the wall. He has no arms or legs, and no head, but bears many tentacles, each of which seems to be leaking the glowing liquid from the tip.

As you observe the beast, the witch approaches it with a scalding iron, dancing just far enough to be outside of its range, before eventually clamping onto a stray tentacle with the tool. Using a now gloved hand, she gathers a drop of the liquid it leaks, a grossed sneer on her face.

As she approaches a cauldron and gets to work, she pays him no mind. Even as he thrashes against his chains, reaching for her- she clearly has faith in the locks. Unfortunately for her, she doesn't have the key.
