Punishment is it's own reward

Sam took in the results of the slot machine, afraid she'll finally wake up from this fantasy. She hears Ramona slowly climbing back up onto the bed, and she knows shit's about to hit the fan. The slot machine reads:

'collared', 'entitled', 'giggle fits' None of these seemed too bad to Sam. Definitely worth it, she thought back to the show Ramona put on for her. Her attention is drawn back to the phone when she sees avatar Ramona typing on its own phone, sending a message before it disappears in a pink puff. A few moments later, Sam feels her own phone buzzing. She pulls it out and sees a text from Ramona! She certainly gave it a lot of permissions, Sam thought, recognizing Ramona's real number. The text had two words, and a link. it read 'Boss Mode'. Already in this deep, Sam opened the link and found a similar looking app to Ramona's GL, but it seemed like a premium version. There were similar tabs for gameplay and acquired curses, this time however, Sam noticed a quick blurb written under each one curse, briefly describing what each punishment was. Some even had star levels indicating a violation of the rule and how it had amplified. She really fought the outfit thing, huh? The biggest difference between this app and the original is a new tab labeled 'Synergies'. Curious, she finds a list of what seem like more curses, only to find math. Upon closer inspection, it is her preferred branch of the subject: sexy math. These synergies have lists of possible curse combinations to activate, and she could sort them in order of availability(current setting), name, cost, or requiring certain curses.

"So what'd I get?" Ramona asked cheerily, like she wanted a grade for her performance. How was Sam gonna play this? Before she answers, her phone buzzes, and a little exclamation mark is next to the synergies tab. She watched as the latest synergies appeared, one of which intrigued her immediately: 'bimbo: Goldilocks + giggle fits'. There were a few others already unlocked, but she'd investigate later. She had to come up with something.

"It says here 'entitled'. What could that mean?" Sam questions as she reads the answer on her phone. 'Call it what you will, and it will be called that'. Rude to call Ramona 'it', but this was obviously not a friendly game. Sam tries it out. "What do you think, Cheerslut?" If anything, this would reveal the fake app trick.

"Did you just call me Cheerslut?" She asked, in mocking offense, betrayed by a playful bout of giggles. "I'm fine with Mona. But if you aren't gonna use that, use my full name." She was sprawled playfully at the foot of the bed, still catching her breath from the dance.

"I call you Mona for the double meaning. What's your name, again?" Sam baited. Moment of truth.

The pinup at Sam's feet rolls her beautiful eyes. "teeheehee! Never made that joke before. In case you forgot, my name is Cheerslut."
