Professor of Introduction to General Magic

"Huh," Morgan expresses. "I honestly shouldn't be surprised." The Iron Jack is sitting in his home office sifting through his mail, coming to a surprise. After a few years of working to gain the Royal Women's University's attention, he has garnered their interest. Staring at the letter in his hands, written in beautiful calligraphy that in a word looks divine to him.

...Oh, wait, it is. One of his magical amulets hanging in his office were making a sound. It was an amulet he won off a bet from one of his old friends. Damn bastard wouldn't give it to him as he was about to sell it. Told him, he'll hand to Morgan if he could seduce their project partner Illia. Morgan and his old friend, along with another mage Illia were working on a project to create a new magic item that can reveal traces of magic long after a spell was cast. Illia is a beautiful woman they met while the two were looking for someone to fund for the project. Illia was fascinated with their project and gave them the necessary funds, on the demand that they let her help. His old friend fell for her, but she was a married woman. That did not stop him from fawning over her to the point he started selling some of things in hopes of buying her love. It didn't work, but the man did notice Illia eyeing Morgan often. With jealousy and anger, the man made the mistake of making the bet. Morgan successfully seduced Illia, which soon ended his friendship. The project was soon scraped, as for Morgan and Illia they started dating in secret. It lasted for a year, but ended with the two breaking it off mutually.

The amulet Morgan won from the bet is said to have the power to sense divinity. So, it must of sensed divine power radiating off the letter. It seems a divine entity that works at the university will be recruiting him.

"That does explain the slight straining of my eyes." He mutters.

Morgan sits back in astonishment, he was starting to give up hope that this Goddess' Royal Garden and its university for teaching female royalty and nobility could exist. He was starting to think that his father might have gone insane at some point. But, no, it does exist. A letter from one of the Deans is in his hand. Morgan rereads it, just to be sure. The letter reads:

Dear Mr. Godfrey,

The Department of Magic of the Royal Women's University sends its regards. My Department has noticed a strong candidate for a new professor under our banner. I, Gabriel, the current head of the Department of Magic, extends a hand to you Morgan Godfrey, the Iron Jack, to join us as a new Professor of Introduction to General Magic. Records indicate that you already had a relative, your father, work for us before. I believe I don't have to explain most of the details for you in this letter about the Goddess' Royal Garden and the Royal Women's University. I would like to believe that your father told you about us. If you do have any questions, we can settle them once we met in person. In a matter of time, a week from now, either I or my secretary Angelique will come for you.

Morgan lets out an uncharacteristic cheer of "Yes!" after rereading it. He couldn't help but feel ecstatic at finally going to Royal Women's University. Now the famed Iron Jack will have to wait a bit more, as he has one week to prepare for the recruiter.
