What does she do first?

Prioritize the curriculum first

Rachel was more than thrilled to begin tearing down the horrible and decrepit old world that had oppressed her for so long. Gordon academy would soon fall to its knees at her behest. She strode proudly into the principals office, only to be met by the sheer volume of paperwork required to run a school of this size "Oh dear, oh dear"

It took quite a while to work through the endlessly tall pile of papers that her human hands had to finger through one by one, but in the end she thought she had a good start for changes, if not a reason to return to the amazing powers of the notebook. What her reorganizing had entailed was a reprioritizing on which students got which education and what they were obliged to take. She had tried her best to push anything even resembling science or math away from the boys and replaced it with lessons on cooking and cleaning, while doing the opposite for the girls. Rachel attacked the extracurricular sports in the same way, ballet and cheerleading for boys and football and basket for girls.

Rachel looked back at her work proudly and would have loved only the thing she did more than to look at what she had accomplished in the real world. At this point however she was just to tired and collapsed into slumber right then and there at the desk.

The news were soon made clear to the dorms to equal confusion in both the girls rooms and the boys rooms. Discussions and frantic talking took over the long halls as the news spread "But my basket-ball scholarship, this must be a mistake of some sort" one particularly tall student named Derek remarked. The news were led to much the same conclusion for most of the students. They knew they weren't allowed to transfer school and so they all just hoped to clear this administrative mistake up by the morning.
