Vanessa gets too full

Lily suddenly noticed that Vanessa was struggling to eat, as she kept spitting it back out. Tears started to form on her face, it was like masturbating but not being able to cum. Lily told the next person to wait and crouched down to see Vanessa. "I think you're all full up!" She told the former CEO.

"NO! I WANT MORE FOOD!" Vanessa yelled furiously. Lily thought for a moment and then perked up, she had an idea. "Well if you wanna eat more food, we gotta remove that nasty thing in your body that prevents it! Wanna do it?" Lily asked, already knowing the answer. "YES PLEASE!! I'll do anything to keep eating!" She screeched with glee.

Lily tried not to laugh, Vanessa's hypnotic state was hilarious to everyone but Lily needed to stay professional. She stood up and went inside the building next to them. After a couple minutes, Lily returning wheeling a large metal box and deposited it next to Vanessa. On top of the box, there was an inverted dome going into the box like a bin hole. There were various attachments to the box, which Lily began to unravel.

She first pulled out a flexible tube from underneath the box and walked over to Vanessa. "Deep breath honey." She instructed Vanessa, who obeyed. Lily inserted the tube into Vanessa's mouth and wrapped straps around the back of her head. Lily then undid Vanessa's jeans, letting the former CEO's bloated belly drop out, and pulled them to her ankles. "You're gonna be pooping into that toilet ALOT!" She told Vanessa.

She then walked over to the box and flicked a few switches, causing slight whirring noises as the machine woke up. "Ladies and gentlemen!" Lily addressed the crowd. "You've all done incredibly well at feeding poor Vanessa here, unfortunately she's hit her limit!" Lily continued, receiving an upset response from the crowd. "Her skinny body just can't take much more! So what we're gonna do is remove that awful metabolism preventing her from eating anymore, and drastically increase her body size, that way she can fit more food inside and shit out the rest!" Lily explained, reassuring the crowd.

"Please put your leftovers into this hole." Lily pointed at the dome hole on top of the machine. "The food then goes inside, where a substance is injected into it that will increase Vanessa's weight rapidly and slowly remove her fast metabolism!" Lily concluded, as the crowd cheered. Vanessa could barely hear Lily, as she was extremely turned on and could only focus on the thought of eating fatty foods!
