Entering the weirdness

Hidden behind the fence, you look between the planks only to see an humanoid creature with dark green skin, muscular body, rattled clothes and two teeth from the lower jaw pointing out of his mouth like a wild boar.

"No way..." You mutters.

The creature looks around for a while and then walks down the street. You and Study stay a moment in silence, scared that the creature come back. Finally, she breaks the silence.

"You know what it is ?" She asks.

"I think... that was an orc..." You tell her.

"A what ?" She says in annoyed tone.

Now that the adrenaline of the moment have passed, you're starting to feel the pain of the wound on your shoulder.

"An orc... a creature supposed to be imaginary, from old legends." You explain.

"Yeah, you mean from the games and weeb stuffs. I know enough, and it's stupid !"

"No need... to be mean... and that thing... was clearly not human... So, if you have a better explanation..."

She calms down and seems to become quite worried. "Are you okay ? You're getting really pale and... is that blood ??"

"The axe scratched me a little." You explain, taking deep breath to calm down the pain.

"Let's go inside !"

Study helps you getting up and lead you to the house. The back door is closed, but she break a window and open it from inside. You look for a bathroom and find one after some try and error. As you sit on the bathtub, she looks in the pharmacy and find an urgency kit.

You look at your shirt with now a deep red spot taking all the shoulder. "Shit I just got it..."

"Don't move and clench your teeth, it'll hurt quite a bit." Tells him Study.

She then open your shirt and take it off. She takes a bottle of liquid and pour it on the wound, which is truly painful.

"It's not that deep, but we have to keep it closed." She tells you.

With that, she takes some package that she open to reveal a curved needle and some tread.

"Oh, shit..." You say.

"Yeah, sorry..." She apologies with a **** smile.

"You have done that before ?"

"I have watched a lot of medical shows, does that count ?"

You give her a annoyed glare.

"I'm just trying to lighten the atmosphere, it's a clean cut, but we have to take care of it or it will infect." Explained Study.

"Yeah, yeah, I know."

"Ok, it won't be pleasant."

"I know..."

The sewing isn't pleasant, that's an understatement. But after that long and painful experience, Study turn your shirt into a sling and help you put your arm in it.

"You should not move your arm for a while." She tells you.

"Thank you." You say.

"Now, what should we do ?"

"Orcs are social creatures, when there is one, there is more, we can't stay here. But we also need weapon, it's now more obvious than ever."
