Chapter 6

The kitty wants to play, do you?
[P] Okato plays it cool
Okato saw it, and did her best to avoid looking at it as soon as she had. With her onime vision, the creature's invisibility was meaningless to her, but she didn't want to let it know that sooner than necessary.
She couldn't help tensing up as a reflex though. The monster would now be aware that she was on edge, so if she tried to play it off as completely nonchalant, it would figure out something was off. She turned her head this way and that, doing her best to keep it in her peripheral vision at all times while never looking directly at it. "Who's there?!" she called, readying her gigantic weapon in one hand and giving it a couple of casual spins to "show off her strength." In reality, this was the least she was capable of...
Before she crushed this creature or scared it off, she wanted to know for sure if it was the one responsible for abducting Digit. In the seconds before her Detect Thoughts spell wore off, she saw the beast step into range for her to hear its foremost intentions...
[P] I can see through the displacer beast's invisibility with my onime, but I try to pretend that I can't in order to lull it into a false sense of security.
[P] I keep an eye on it in my peripheral vision without looking directly at it.
What is this monster thinking?

IMPREGNATAR | ANARCHY
A FREEFORM GAME OF SURVIVAL AND IMPREGNATION
An anarchy variant of IMPREGNATAR. While the original had a set handful of GMs, a canon timeline and balanced encounters, this version does away with balance by allowing anyone to GM any posts, including their own. This is an interactive survival story that's like a combination of D&D, Dark Souls, and Zelda. Your character awakens spawned into the middle of an unfamiliar forest. They have little memory of who they are or how they got there, and all but the faintest of survival assets. Post by post they will explore their surroundings hoping to gain skills, level up, and survive by avoiding any Bad End scenarios with a horrific (and probably kinky) fate. Or, in this case, probably experience as many Bad Ends as possible as they traverse multiple timelines.
