“Master, I have a daughter, she was diagnosed as an Ardak-Yakashi, but refused to go to the monasteries where they are normally sequestered, and escaped, I have been tracking her since.”

She inhaled and wiped the tears from her eyes before continuing.

“Before you showed me the true path I had tracked her to Omega, before my intent was to kill her, but now I believe she might be of some use to you, please consider taking her, if not for your sake for my sake. Please.”

I scratched the top of my head before speaking, “Very well, it’ll be your job to capture her and bring her back to me, and I’ll do the rest.”

She blinked, obviously surprised at my response, then looked up with a fire in her eyes, “I won’t let you down!” She declared, and got up and unlocked the door.

While I was talking with Samara, Ashley and Liara had taken the time to get suited up in their hardsuits, with Ashley carrying an **** rifle and shotgun. Liara on the other hand had a simple pistol, but I knew her biotics more than made up for that.

We all waited for Samara to get dressed in her standard faux-jewelry and suit, then headed out the door to the nearest shuttle bay.

When we got there the bay was relatively quiet, a big surprise on a world like illium, and boarded the nearest shuttle to Omega.
