Luke not wanting to cause a fuss, goes along with the mall cop’s questioning. Shannon helps with the explanation of why Luke was having sex in public. Both Luke and Shannon quickly coming to a nonverbal agreement to lie. They explain how both Luke and Penny were helpless to the rules of the Breeding Pass. Not being satisfied with their story the Bull Dog decides to look for the first couple who owned the Breading Pass. Before he leaves Shannon considers getting the pass back.
