Hiding in the Bushes

“Are you sure Blue? How is this any different from every other bush around here.

You and Blue had been wandering around Viridian Forest for a few hours, looking for a good spot for your stake out. Blue had currently stopped to look at a specific bush that stood out to him for some reason.

“Of course I am sure Amber. We are near a stream, and if you look at the ground over there” Blue points and as you look you can notice a point at the river that does look like a small trail “you can see that this is a crossing point. Which means we just have to wait for a Pokemon to cross the stream here and catch them.”

“So, we just sit here and wait?”

Blue doesn’t bother answering your question, instead starts to set up camp while making sure to use the bushes to hide as best he can. Not having a better idea, you join Blue in setting up your camp and make sure it is hidden.

You don’t want to verbalize it, Blue’s ego is already huge enough, but this is a good idea. This is pretty much the same strategy that ended up with both of you catching Nidorans.

But now that you and Blue have set up camp and are waiting there is nothing to do but, well wait….
