Xorth, a tentacle-mouthed brain-flayer

You see a handsome man standing before you as the door closes behind you. As soon as that door closes the handsome man vanishes, replaced by the purple-skinned horror of a brain-flayer. It is tall and slim, dressed in a warlock-collared robe of leather-like material. Its head resembles an octopus, with large black eyes and a mouth hidden by a ring of wriggling purple tentacles.

You want to run and scream, but you remain perfectly still, afraid to move.

"My name is Xorth, human," the brain-flayer speaks directly into your mind. "I can compel you to obey me, but I would prefer for you to obey willingly. No harm will come to you if you follow my instructions."

"W-what do you want?" you ask the horrifying creature.

"I have tasted the minds of many humans and I wish to experience the feeling of human mating. My kind is not the same as yours, but we are compatible enough to enjoy the experience, not to breed."

"What if I don't obey?"

"I will make sure you do," the brain-flayer reaches out and gently strokes your cheek. "I have powers to control you and I will use them. Then I will be sure my visit is not remembered."

You feel nothing but horror, but you are smart enough not to scream for help.
