WC Day 9 - Surprise

That night you go down to get your dinner and find the whole team waiting for you, even Wolf.

"Congratulations," Eli tells you. "You did such good work today that we're making you an official member."

"Wow, thank you," you say. This is so nice of them.

"You might have noticed, we all have special names," Eli says, gesturing at the group. "It's a descriptor word and then an animal."

"I did notice that," you say. "It's interesting."

"Right? So you're a true member of Foxhound now. You have a codename."

Cool! "What is it?" you ask.

"Horny Tomcat," Ocelot says.

Oof. Harsh, but fair.

They all give you a high-five.

"This is so nice of you, thank you," you say. "Is it OK for us to party, though? Isn't it really intense with the nukes and the robot and the soldiers and things?"

"No, we captured Snake, so we're OK," Eli says, cracking open a beer.

"By the way, he escaped," Ocelot tells him.

"What? Already?" Eli sighs and puts his beer down. "OK, people. Back to work. And you, Horny Tomcat, for your first mission as an official member of Foxhound, find that prisoner and get her back in her cell."

"Uh, yes, sir," you say, saluting.

Well, the base is in the middle of nowhere and it's super cold, so someone can't just run off and leave. You go check the garage and find that no vehicles are missing. So Meryl must still be around. But the base is really big.

You wander around and search, checking rooms and closets... you can't find her anywhere.

After a while you sit on a bench in a hallway to think. There must be something you can do.

A short guard with a suspicously sexy walk passes you. No way... The guard sees you looking and hurries away. You follow, and she goes into the restroom. You go in and Meryl takes the mask off.

"OK, you got me," she says, looking nervous. "Are you mad?"
