“So your going to date Tabitha for 2 months huh?” The moment they left “you going to explain why now?”

Slightly frustrated “yeah This was the only way to get rid of Wendy’s debt from the loan company. It’s only a few weeks, so i think I can endure it and besides it is nothing compared to the pain that Wendy had to endure all these years. She basically does nothing but work and she barely has any money or time for herself.”

“I’m proud of you son, you really love Wendy don’t you?”

“Yeah she’s a really good person and she’s really cute” slowly turning red “that reminds me what did you and mom do for your first dates? I haven’t dated anyone before I kinda need some advice.”

“Were you planning anything special?”

“I mean I thought of bringing her shopping and than maybe a fancy dinner. But I don’t know what she likes.”

“That sounds like a swell plan John I think she’ll like that, remember half the job is planning for it, if you show that you took your time to plan it, she’ll most definitely appreciate it.”

“You really think that she’ll enjoy it?”

“Yes John. How about this, I’ll help you book a reservation at the bistro that’s half an hour from here, and I also called the construction workers, they should be here at around ten in the morning tomorrow an they think they can finish it by Monday.”

“Thanks dad, I really appreciate it.”

“Just have fun John who knows how it will play out.”

huh not much advice but I guess it’s a pretty solid plan guess I should go talk to Wendy and do something before we go to sleep. Wait someone’s at the stairwell.
