Amused

Michelle looked at Lauren in shock for a moment. Then, slowly a grin spread across her face.

"Oh, okay I see," Michelle said. "This is a game! You're mom left you alone so you're playing! Pretending to be a big girl right?"

Lauren could not believe how dense this girl was! Did she really not think Lauren was an adult?! Suddenly Lauren felt very small and nervous. She wished she had her heels on so she wouldn't be so much smaller than Michelle. She also suddenly wished she had her padded bra, spanx, makeup and designer clothes on.

"Big girl!? I'm 20!" Lauren exclaimed, growing angry and defensive. "Now get out of my house!"

"Oh wow, 20!" Michelle said, clearly not believing a word Lauren was saying. "That's older than me! And you've got your own house, look at you!"

"I do have my own house, and your trespassing you lunatic!" Lauren snarled. "Now get out!"

"Okay, okay." Michelle continued to be completely dismissive. This only increased Lauren's impotent rage.
